In 2011-12 the NSW durable RTW rate - the percentage of workers who had returned to work and were still working at the time of the survey - remained above the national average but has again fallen away from the 2005-06 level of 81%.

NSW's rate has now returned to 2007-08 levels at 76%. This is 4% lower than the high of 80% in 2005-06.
