Complexity of putting in a claim

In 2011-12 74% of NSW workers said it was simple to put in a  claim.  This figure has remained relatively constant since 2005-06.

 

The NSW result is in line with the national average.

 

15% of NSW employees said it was complicated to lodge a claim in 2011-12, down from 18% seven years ago.  This remains below the national average of 17%.
