In 2011-12, 79% of Queensland workers said it was either simple or very simple to put in a claim.

 

The Queensland result rests slightly higher than the national average of employees who reported that it was either simple or very simple to put in a claim.

 

13% of Queensland employees said it was complicated or very complicated to lodge a claim in 2011-12, down one percentage point from the previous year and below the national average of 17%.
