Complexity of putting in a claim

In 2011-12 74% of South Australian workers said it was either simple or very simple to put in a  claim. While a significant improvement over the previous year's result (69%) this is a decline from the 75% reported six years ago.

 

The South Australian result is equal to the national average of 74% of employees saying it was either simple or very simple to put in a claim.

 

17% of South Australian employees said it was complicated or very complicated to lodge a claim in 2011-12 equal to the national average.
