The percentage of injured employees who had some modifications of their job when they initially returned to work is the percent who have had a change in duties on their initial return to work.

This includes 'lighter duties', assistance at work, restrictions, etc.

The SA rate has remained above the national average. Both the SA and national average have been trending upwards. Over 75% people who have a claim now initially return to work on some type of modified duties.
