In 2011-12 69% of South Australian claimants believed there were clear policies at work. This 9% improvement places SA 3% above the national average which has fallen to 66%

 

This places South Australia in equal second (after Tas 76%) with Qld on 69% when it comes to confidence in RTW policies and procedures. .
