Victorian staff were less likely than the national average to indicate their employer made it harder to return to work.
Between 2006-07 and 2008-09 there was a 5% increase in Victorian employees who said their employer made return to work harder. That increasing trend has now been reversed. In 2009-10 16% of employees indicated their employer made return to work, down from 19% in 2008-09.
