Complexity of putting in a claim

In 2011-12, 68% of Victorian workers said it was either simple or very simple to put in a  claim. This has improved from 65% in 2005-06.

 

The Victorian result remains below the national average of 74% of employees saying it was either simple or very simple to put in a claim.

 

24% of Victorian employees said it was complicated or very complicated to lodge a claim in 2011-12, down from 28% six years ago. This remains higher than the national average of 16%.
