When it comes to addressing psychosocial barriers collaboration becomes even more important. Each stakeholder brings unique insights and capabilities:

Employees can communicate their needs and perceived barriers to RTW.

Supervisors and co-workers can help create a supportive work environment.

RTW Coordinators can facilitate communication and coordinate appropriate support.

Healthcare providers can offer insights into the worker's medical condition and recommend appropriate interventions.

Senior management can foster a culture that supports psychosocial well-being and allocate necessary resources.
