The absence of a mental illness alone doesn't necessarily mean that someone is happy and flourishing.Injured workers can experience many different mental health challenges, even without a diagnosis. A study from the Institute for Work & Health found that these were linked to RTW outcomes. The study looked at the mental health of 1,132 injured Ontario workers 18 months after their injury.
