Feedback mechanisms

Creating robust feedback mechanisms is essential for the continuous improvement of the psychosocial matched care system. These mechanisms allow for input from all stakeholders — including workers, case managers, healthcare providers and employers.

They can include:

surveys of injured workers, case managers, RTW coordinators and healthcare providers to collect qualitative and quantitative feedback

physical or digital suggestion boxes to allow stakeholders to provide feedback anonymously

regular review meetings with team leaders and case managers to discuss system performance and gather insights

data-driven feedback using the data collected through KPIs to identify trends and areas needing improvement

periodic external audits to provide an objective assessment of the system's effectiveness

user-friendly online platforms where stakeholders can provide real-time feedback on their experiences

follow-up interviews with workers post-intervention to gather detailed insights into their experience.
