Non-durable RTW

Non-durable RTW refers to the percentage of claimants who returned to work for a period of time, but were not deriving income from employment at the time of the interview.

 

Non-durable RTW rates are not available by jurisdiction.  The national rates for non-durable and no RTW are graphed below.

 

Question:  Would you please tell me whether you have returned to work at all since you put in your workers’ compensation claim?  and

Question:  Are you currently working in a paid job?
