Compensation status is the proportion of injured workers still receiving weekly workers’ compensation payments for income lost as a result of a work related injury. It is another measure of whether return to work has been successful.

42% of South Australian injured workers were still receiving compensation payments at the time of interview in 2011-12, the highest rate of any State or Territory and significantly above the national average of 25%. The national average has been trending upwards.

Question:  Are you still receiving weekly payments from <workers’ compensation jurisdiction?
