Complexity of putting in a claim

In 2009-10 69% of Victorian workers said it was either simple or very simple to put in a  claim.  This has improved from 65% five years ago.

 

The Victorian result is below the national average of 74% of employees saying it was either simple or very simple to put in a claim.

 

21% of Victorian employees said it was complicated or very complicated to lodge a claim in 2009-10, down from 28% five years ago.  This remains higher than the national average of 17%.
