DESCRIPTION:
A long standing employee sustained a significant knee injury at work. Effective coordination and rehabilitation would have changed his life.
Case History:
CD is a 36 year old metal worker. His pre-injury building duties required him manufacture a variety of steel products, and be actively involved with off-site installation. CD was a long standing employee with a strong attendance and work performance record.
In 2004, CD was hit directly in the left knee by the tines or prongs of a forklift.
