Educate and engage staff to ensure key personnel such as the RTW Coordinator and HR understand the factors that affect worker health and recovery. This should include:

•basic mental health literacy

•understanding of the interplay between physical, mental and social factors in health

•identification of common barriers to RTW, benefits of holistic interventions, stigma reduction and skills training.
