Determined to reverse a decline in RTW rates in NSW, SIRA (the State Insurance Regulatory Authority) has examined the evidence around positive influences on RTW and is now exploring ways to optimise outcomes for all stakeholders.There are modifiable factors that can improve return to work (RTW) outcomes for people injured in workers compensation and compulsory third party (CTP) insurance schemes.
