Recognising depression in the workplace

We all know depression is a problem, but do we recognise depression when we see it?

Take Home Messages: Emotional symptoms of depression include complaints of sadness and feelings of hopelessness. Physical symptoms include an increased need for sleep and weight loss or gain.
