Refresh your knowledge of the Return to Work Scheme and key principles covered in Return to Work Coordinator certification training.
This workshop is designed to support Return to Work Coordinators to refresh their understanding of the Return to Work Scheme and revisit foundational knowledge delivered during the Return to Work Coordinator certification training.
It is particularly suitable for Return to Work Coordinators who completed their training prior to the 2015 Scheme changes and are seeking to update their knowledge, as well as for Return to Work Coordinators who wish to revisit fundamental return to work principles. This includes the practical application of the Return to work Coordinator functions and preparing the workplace for effective injury management.
This workshop may also be suitable for smaller employers who are not legally required to appoint a Return to Work Coordinator but would like to develop a stronger understanding of the Return to Work scheme and improve return to work processes.
