About this event
Creating a mentally healthy workplace isn’t just good practice - it’s essential for organisational wellbeing, performance, and culture. Join us for an insightful and highly practical in‑person masterclass designed to equip businesses of any size with the knowledge and tools to build a truly mentally healthy workplace.
Throughout the 6.5 hour workshop, participants will develop a strong foundational understanding of mental health and mental illness and explore how workplace factors directly influence wellbeing. We’ll break down what a mentally healthy workplace really is, why it matters, and the core pillars required to achieve one: Prevention, Responding, and Promotion, along with the critical success factors that underpin sustainable change.
Through a guided self‑assessment, each participant will identify their organisation’s existing strategies, strengths, and current gaps. By the end of the workshop participants will leave with a tailored, actionable plan for their organisation, outlining practical quick wins and longer‑term goals to work towards.
This masterclass is ideal for leaders, HR and WHS professionals, wellbeing champions, and anyone committed to fostering safer, healthier, and more supportive work environments. Morning tea and a light lunch will be provided.
