About this event
Join ReturnToWorkSA to learn more about building a wellbeing program for your workplace.
We spend about a third of our lives at work and creating a workplace where health and wellbeing matters can have many positive benefits both to the workplace and individuals. A good wellbeing program is often the precursor to a productive and supportive workplace environment and directly contributes to good return to work outcomes.
Whilst there is an increasing focus on workplace health and wellbeing, sometimes it can be difficult to navigate the steps in developing a more formal wellbeing program. This 4-hour face to face workshop by ReturnToWorkSA will provide Return to Work Coordinators, HR, WHS and Wellbeing practitioners and others in your workplace involved in workplace wellbeing with an integrated approach to building & implementing a physical and mental wellbeing program for your workplace.
Using the Healthy Workplaces Framework and website, learn about the free tools and resources available to South Australian businesses to support workplace wellbeing. You will walk away with the start of the beginnings of a ‘plan’ to develop, implement, promote and evaluate your own tailored workplace wellbeing program.
This workshop is ideal for employers wanting to do more in the wellbeing space, but perhaps don’t know where to start, or if you are looking for ways to build on an existing program.
