Providing suitable employment is not only a key obligation under the Return to Work Act 2014 - it also plays a vital role in supporting a worker's recovery and delivering positive outcomes for both workers and employers.
Join us for this practical 1.5-hour online workshop, designed to build your confidence in identifying and accommodating suitable employment in your workplace.
You'll hear directly from an Occupational Physician and an Occupational Therapist, who will share insights and practical strategies to help achieve safe and sustainable return to work outcomes.
In this session, we will:
- Explore worker capacity and understand medical restrictions
- Identify practical ways to accommodate suitable employment
- Address common challenges employers face and how to overcome them
An email will be sent to all registered participants 24 hours prior to the event with instructions on how to access the workshop, including the Microsoft Teams link.
