The only way to achieve a good and sustainable recovery & return to work outcome following notification of a work injury, is to intervene early. Early intervention is fundamental to the Return to Work Scheme, and is at the forefront of claims management, and supports and services that we provide.
In addition to exploring how Return to Work supports early intervention, this online workshop will highlight the important role that all employers play in ensuring effective early intervention is occurring at the workplace. We will also offer some important insight into employer funded early intervention treatment programs for those employers currently offering or considering this option for their workforce.
