Motivated employees have better return to work outcomes. It's also much easier for the RTW coordinator or case manager to deal with a motivated worker. And yet, it's uncommon for there to be a focus on identifying levels of motivation and how to increase motivation in return to work management. Hard, no. Complex, not really. It's part of our every day life in going to work, exercising, study, following medical treatment etc...
