Effective RTW coordinators play a vital role in injury management and prevention. It's neither a small role nor an easy one, and RTW co-ordinators shouldn't attempt to do it all.
Attempting to do it all actually undermines the partnership approach. If injury management is seen to be exclusively the RTW coordinator’s domain valuable input may be lost from other employees.
