Employer, union collaboration on disability management policy and RTW planning leads to 50% drop in time lost to injury at a large Canadian healthcare organisation.

In 2012, a large, heavily unionised Canadian healthcare organisation with industrial relations tensions, high rates of sickness absence and a poor track record in RTW introduced a unique disability management policy.
