Workplace interventions to prevent sedentary pain

Are inflating and deflating “smart seats” the cure for back and neck pain amongst sedentary office workers? Or are active breaks a better bet?

Recently we reported on how gamification can be used to boost (but not necessarily sustain) increased activity amongst sedentary workers. Now we look at two other approaches to decreasing the health risks of office work: active breaks and postural shifting.
