Doubling up on a frozen shoulder diagnosis.

An older worker develops frozen shoulder after a fracture injury. After several months of rehabilitation her condition begins to slowly improve. But before long the same problem starts to develop in her other shoulder.

Case History: Ms K is a 60 year old manufacturing worker who sustained a left shoulder fracture after a fall on her way home from work a year ago. At the time of her injury she was placed off work for a few days and her arm was placed in a sling. She then returned to restricted duties, before gradually increasing her activities.
