Services beyond the scheme — EML's approach to supporting injured worker’s recovery

In line with a wider shift in insurance care, EML and other forward-thinking claims organisations are broadening their focus beyond traditional scheme boundaries. By addressing the holistic needs of injured workers, they’re paving the way for a more person-centred model of support and recovery.

Holistic case management is common in healthcare and social services. But workers’ comp schemes have traditionally operated within strict legislative boundaries.
