Home exercise is a cheap and effective way to improve back pain

Take Home Messages: Home exercise programs are cheap and effective in reducing pain and improving fitness.   However a home exercise program will not have any effect on disability or psychological state. The addition of physical therapy will provide improvement in disability and psychological condition.
