Mental health capabilities, culture, policies and procedures are lacking compared to leadership and workplace connectedness, according to Superfriend.
In 2017, Superfriend asked 5,000 Australian workers to rate their organisation's performance on 38 measures of mental health and wellbeing, listed here.
