Supportive employers see more RTW. Now Australian research has identified what influences the amount of support on offer.

We see less employer support for younger workers, those with mental health conditions, and those who have had a delay between injury and claim lodgement. Workers with mental health conditions are also less likely to have (or remember having) RTW plans.
