Universities need to support student well-being, but this requires them to support the well-being of their teachers too. Some simple but effective changes would reduce the psychosocial risks for law teachers.Research already tells us that academic staff may be at high risk of work-related psychosocial hazards. And this was before the changes and challenges inflicted on universities by the Covid-19 pandemic.
