Elyssa Wiecek is a PharmD and PhD who is passionate about digital health that empowers both patients and healthcare teams. As the current Head of Health Research at Perx, she leverages her expertise in study design, research methodologies, healthcare data analytics and the validation of digital health tools. Her pharmacy background provides unique insight into the barriers faced in patient-centered care, leading her to pursue doctoral research on digital health interventions. Elyssa brings diverse experience from healthcare and academic settings, including Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, the University of Technology Sydney, health tech startups and a global health strategic analysis think tank.
Fiona Hammond
Fiona Hammond is a results-driven healthcare professional with over 15 years of experience in digital health, patient care and business development. With a decade dedicated to digital health, she has designed and implemented innovative patient support solutions that enhance engagement, adherence and healthcare outcomes. Her background as a Nurse Care Coordinator in a public setting has given her a deep understanding of patient needs, multidisciplinary care coordination,\ and system navigation, which she seamlessly integrates into digital health strategies.
