Her pharmacy background provides unique insight into the barriers faced in patient-centered care, leading her to pursue doctoral research on digital health interventions. Fiona Hammond is a results-driven healthcare professional with over 15 years of experience in digital health, patient care and business development. With a decade dedicated to digital health, she has designed and implemented innovative patient support solutions that enhance engagement, adherence and healthcare outcomes. Her background as a Nurse Care Coordinator in a public setting has given her a deep understanding of patient needs, multidisciplinary care coordination,\ and system navigation, which she seamlessly integrates into digital health strategies.
